As mentioned in the lobby by several,

Skill 31 is obtainable upon completion of quest in Nameless. Nothing has been "taken out"

Like i said and am so misunderstood .. It has been moved to an NL post skill 30.

Before it was a skill that was absolutly in Nork and Aleria..

There lies the problem.. In the past it was a skill that Ma's had to work towards. Its not taken out of the game but moved to a new part of the game. To make caps across the board work i understand that i get it.. But it is still a lost skill to those who choose not to purchase NL..

So in retrospect it is a lost skill to Nork and aleria and cob.

Up to sk46 for MAs were named. Doesn't mean they were all attainable at the time he gave the info and many still aren't in game.

Whether he assumed the training cost for sk31, only he can answer that. Whether some had sk31 MA and cannot gain without NL, <shrugs>. If sk31 was a bug in pre-NL game, you got to enjoy it... move on.
