Yes! No subscription is required for the basic lands of Drakkar!

Paid plans vary based on several factors, including the lands your character visits and the duration of your subscription.  You can always see these options on the subscriptions page of the game (once downloaded)

How do I Cancel my subscriptions?

You can cancel at any time through the game interface by accessing your account page.  You will maintain the access currently purchased until your subscription period ends.
